Garage conversion to room, at front of house,as such installing new door from existing hall. Also part ion rear area of garage and plumb utility area. Refit family bathroom, re install downstairs wc. Extend current front room of house to make flush with rest of building. Check all house guttering and facia replacing as nessecary. Replace guttering on conservatory and connect small water butt. No decorating required however tiling will be required in new bathroom as well as flooring. For internal cooker hood/extraction fan chimney style?, some splash back tiling in kitchen.
