I suffer with arthritis of the spine which causes sciatica in my right cheek and leg. The pain is constant during flair ups and pills do not help . I have been doing daily exercises and even muscle relaxants, all which are temporary. Can any reflexologist offer me a quantifiable better solution. Costs would be appreciated.
