67yr man,,,lower back pain 6-7 weeks home analgesia only,,,walk 5 miles daily,,,fit,,,,not overweight,,,,,,,tripped on stair fri and jarred back,,,agonising pain resulting in hosp visit,,,,,had xray-NAD ,,,,diagnosed sciatica,,,,,,since fri can only walk bathroom on crutches which starts pain again ,,,,,analgesia controlling pain but need to start mobilising,,,,,leg varies from pain,,numb,,tingling,,,,,also pain in buttock and lower back,,,,
