I need a party wall award to take down a wall behind my house as there is a drain underneath It that needs fixing. My neighbour will not come to an agreement of any kind as he states the wall belongs to him. The drains are now becoming a serious blockage. Please can you advise on how to proceed and if a party wall award will protect me from my neighbour as he Can be very aggressive. Thanks.
