My husband is disabled and at present is an in-patient at the RSCH. However, when he comes out of hospital he will have frequent hospital visits for various treatments. He is a wheelchair user (preferable using a powered wheelchair although he has a manual one as well). At present he can't stand or transfer from one area to another. I need to know if you can supply transport from Cranleigh to the RSCH (Guildford); if you can load and unload the wheelchair; how long we would have to wait for the return journey once he was discharged; and how much this would cost.
