I am seeking a price for a survey for the following in a 4 bed terrace house by an RICS or equivalent approved surveyor. All inspections relating to the structure ie main structure, testing for dampness of the walls, sample testing of woodwork for dampness/woodworm, via the attic inspection of the roof.
