I have a wedding dress that zips up at the back with buttons over that has boning. Unfortunately it does not sit quite right on hips making it look as there are bumps. When my sis pulled it in at back it flattened them and made it look ba size smaller. I am wondering if this can be fixed by making it smaller and pulled in at all around bottom /hips?
