In April 2015 Weldricks chemist dispensed me a prescription that was for another patient (although it was for the same type of medication that I use). Since this I have found myself having to check that all my medication (Twelve different medication) each time that I take any to ensure that it is my medication. I believe that this syndrome is known as OCD. I enquired to Weldricks for compensation, however the amount that they have offered is insufficient.
