My grandmother clock not working I was bought this clock about five years ago it's a modern clock but it does have a proper clock mechanism that winds up with a key it was banged a few months ago and the weight crashed down we can get it to go for about half an hour then it stops we have to catch the weight just so otherwise it crashes back down again I don't know if something has snapped of cogs please could you help it wasn't an expensive clock but I would like it repaired for sentimental reasons
