Hello I would like plans drawn up for an extension (single storey) to replace the existing kitchen. I believe the building regulations change in May with the potential for planning being granted for a 6mx 4m room. I would like a roof with an apex rather than a lean to roof. (pitched rather than pent?) Please could you send quotes for the plans to be drawn up. Thank you JD
