Closed supplying and laying of fake grass

I want fake grass laid in my rear garden. Its an area of about 13' x 10' at a guess. Will need existing tuft dug out and replaced with fake turf. Need this done asap ready for a childrens party, ive already had a quote of 350-400 which includes all materials but looking to have it done within the next 2 weeks.
