I am thinking of completely renovating a 3 bed semidetached house in Edgware with a rear extension (up to 6 meters if possible) as well as a side extension after demolishing an existing garage.In addition to this, I need to build a porch as well.I would value the quotations from the architects on these ideas please. Additionally, please expand if the quotations also include planning permission / permitted permission fees as well as those of the building regulations.
