Need window cleaner for external windows of flat above Highland Star restaurant as well as 2 sets of external common property windows + 2 close doors & screens on either 4 weekly or calendar monthly basis. Flat windows consist (front) access via walkway canopy* above shops for large lounge window & 1up bedroom window (Rear windows) accessed from main landing walkway consists of kitchen window, front door & screen, & upper 1st floor has 1 x bedroom + 1 x bathroom window. Previous window cleaner used his standard ladder to access canopy & an extended pole for bedroom window. Unfortunately he has taken ill & is unable to continue with his business. The external common glass is 2 x stairhead windows which can be externally cleaned from inside as they turn fully round and ground floor entrance controlled entry door & screen. There are 2 separate common entrance which are 1 on Hairst street & 1 in Dunlop Street so double the windows & doors (ie 4 x windows + 2 x doors). I am nearly 70 and cannot do this for myself so need reliable person to undertake the work. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I look forward to your reply.
