a divorce and financial settlement drawn up asap as we have an offer made on our house but husband will nott agree on it until we have a financial settlement we are still living in the same hous with our children but im under so much stain and its becoming very uncompfortable ,neither of us have funds to move out of the house whilst divorce proceeds and its becoming very uncompfortable for all of uf.
