Closed my stihl fs 130 petrol mower wont start

strimmer has been sat for 12 months and wont start, it has a problem sucking petrol up to the bubble the only way i can get it in there is by tilting the strimmer down then it will go for about 5 secs as if it only uses what i have got through.
