I have a Briggs and Stratton petrol mower 450 series 148cc model no SOV460. It starts up but then judders then struggles and seems like it is going to cut out. It is also smoking slightly which it has never done. I suspect it just needs a service/clean and would be grateful for,a quote or some idea of cost. Many thanks
