I have had tennis elbow for 6 weeks, told by Dr to try an arm brace, its swelling more with it on! phsio next week, saw phsio on week 2 had some exercises and told she didn't want to see me again unless it wasn't better after 6 weeks. Its very painful. Have heard accupuncture may help? xray clear.
