Elaborate afternoon tea (dainty sandwiches, scones and butter, home made cake) with tea or coffee for about 20 people served if possible on the three-tiered plates. Could be held at a church hall, so would need all plates, cups and saucers etc and table cloths and decorations. hope to hear from you soon. In April - so plenty of time.
