Looking to set up a L.P.A for my 79 year old husband although actually legally divorced. He is awaiting a specialist diagnosis. ( Lewy Bodies Disease ?) Attendance allowance benefit. in situ We have wills through a company of Will Writers, not a solicitor. I am 10 years his junior. Our finances are low although we own our house.
