flood damage repair to my solid oak flooring. Approx. 300cm x 50cm, area damaged, probably need finishing/sanding. Flooring laid throughout hall, dining room and kitchen, kitchen is the damaged part. Estate agents sold it as a solid oak floor, I believe it was damaged by the owner and left, it looks like they had a leak from the bathroom above. This is resolved.
