small extension to bungalow at rear that has already been extended to maximum without planning permission, It will "square" the building at the back which at the moment is L shaped existing extension is part pitched and also flat roofed two parts having been slightly extended. It is furthering the extension on the flat roof area. As said it is small extension 11ft 6x 6ft. As flat roof will become longer it could make existing area darker so advise on fitting areas for natural light to enter (velux style windows in flat roof?) Require plan for use for builder to cost and should planning permission be required plans submitted Also advise on internal area as to whether a chimney breast could be removed and if Regs are required.
