I am attending the University of Sheffield in the fall for my postgrad program with my significant other. I am an American so I cannot call you, but I would love to Skype. I am looking to rent either a 1 or 2 bedroom accommodation, partly or fully furnished, for up to 400 pcm. I would like a place that is 30 or less walking distance at least from the University. Also, leases that start in September are better compared to the summertime for we will be arriving to England sometime 01/09/2014. Thanks so much!
