Head/neck/and shoulder massage for pain and tension. Have osteo arthritis/osteoporosis/fibromyalgia/asthma/COPD/Addisons disease, and have virtually no weight bearing ability/electric wheelchair for mobility/otherwise bedbound! Consequently, neck, back and shoulders very tense and painful. Legs should be elevated at all times!
