Hello I have a trapped sciatic nerve causing pain in my lower back hip and also the skin on my lower inside leg is extremely sensitive from my instep up to my knee. I have had this treated about five years ago, and it was done in one treatment lasting fifteen minutes, I am only interested in acupressure, not acupuncture.
