Battery in my lg nexus 4 difficult to charge. I think the USB plug in on the phone is faulty. I've tried direct plug in chargers and USB connected to my laptop with a variety of cables. Battery is BL-T5 dated 02.21.2013. Phone model is LG-E960. Phone is open and battery removed. Also having problems with Alcatel ot idol 3 5.5" not a month old. Speakers work beautifully with music, radio and video apps but not with phone ringtone and dial tone and caller voice. However, if I use the speakerphone it works fine. Phone was very fast but now seems sluggish. Is this a known problem with this phone. I expected unlocked but it is locked to Virginmobile in Canada. Need advice please. I also need prompt service as my Mum is in St. Richards I need to be contactable when the end is close. Thank you
