I want to convert very long kitchen into a small bedroom and small kitchen by raising a plasterboard wall in the middle. This will mean opening a hole(archway) in another adjacent wall for entry into the small kitchen. I am looking for a service for producing necessary drawings /new floor plan of my flat and structural report to submit it to the free holder & Building Control Department of council for soliciting their approval to my plan. Please quote for producing drawing and structural impact report?
