Strip out existing integral garage (standard single built 1976) Build front wall - timber frame, brick clad with opening for bay window (double glazed) Knock through into existing lounge with opening for pair of glazed double doors (approx. 1m) Dry line internal walls, and ceiling. Fit floor joists and sheeting. Provide and fit coving to ceiling. Soft wood door linings and architraves and skirtings. Re-site gas and electric meters in the porch. Provide 3 x double sockets and two wall light points with switch. Additional radiator to be fitted by Corgi gas engineer. Remove waste from site. Leave ready for decoration.
