My brother died in nov 2013 . I am his only next of kin. He was in the care of social services Wokingham, Berks. He had mental health issues. He did not leave a will. He lived at Orchard House, We live in Spain & we were going to sell up to go back to the UK but my wife suddenly became very disabled and she is waiting for another operation so I cannot leave her to attend to this in person. Rogers affairs should be very easy to deal with as his world was totally controlled by social services ( very well indeed at Orchard house ). Please can you send me a fixed fee quote for probate.
