I live within one of the flats above Halfords in Sutton .. As its a shared ownership flat they would like to sell my share at a rics valuation price .. I'm not allowed to take offers over the rics valuation so it's important I can get the best price for what is a lovely flat . Recently I have had estate agents interested that value the flat at 250 to 265 ,000 . Recently prices have soared in Sutton and this may be my chance to be able to buy something larger . I need a survey that takes into account of the recent prices in the sm1 sm2 area .
