Was told to leave ferrymead gardens By my sister where I lived for ten years.i was looking after my mother who had Kidney failure and dementia but sadly passed away in 2009.I'm in Cyprus till January.

You may wish to seek advise on the matter from a Solicitor who specialises in contentious probate, especially if your mother did not have mental capacity when she wrote her Will. But given the time that has passed, this may well be a non starter with any Solicitor.
