Find relief for sciatic pain and general discomfort from scoliosis. I am female, 77 years old, and generally active and supple. This is my second bout of sciatica in 5 years and it is making me feel exhausted. It is also immobilising me, which I know is a poor state of affairs. I live between Brecon and Crickhowell and can travel.
