A friend is having major problems getting his border collie to come when called. He is fine in a small area but wants somewhere enclosed where he can practice. Ideally, he wants a field of half an acre or more that is totally enclosed by minimum 4 feet high chain link fencing. He is happy to pay for an hourly rental fee. Can anyone help?
