I have a pelmet for a bay window, made of stiffened buckram , covered with curtain fabric and piped in the same fabric. It attaches to the top of the bay window with Velcro. I am having new curtains and want a pelmet exactly like the old one but in the new curtain fabric. I am looking for an upholsterer or curtain maker who could d this for me.
