To whom it may concern, I am currently in the process of buying a house in the Guildford area and I am considering fumigating the property before we move in. Can you give me an idea on cost, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, hallway, 1 bathroom and a utility room. The property will be empty and I am more than happy to fit around you as regards timings etc. Hopefully the contracts will be completed sometime in January 2016. Regards
