My chihuahua is 7 months old, he can sit, lie down and give his poor, he loves learning. I need help with staying and him coming back to me when I call him. When he's over excited he doesn't listen to my commands, I could also do with some help with his barking. I live in Rock Ferry so as local to there as possible would be great. Yvonne
