I am owed £3000+ in rent arrears from a Tenant and granted a Decree from the Glasgow Sheriff Court in August 2015. Sheriff Officers have served notice on the tenant at her new known address on 13th October 2015 and 14 days have elapsed with no response regarding payment. I have requested and paid for a trace for the name of the tenants employer and now require quotations for the costs related to the enforcement of debt repayment.
