We are renovating a listed building with a modern timber-framed extension added at the same time, for domestic use. As such, we have two teams working under two project managers and no one to take overall responsibility for health and safety compliance on site. We would like to employ a consultant to oversee our compliance and ensure that we keep strictly within the rules. We would anticipate an initial assessment resulting in actions and then regular meetings to check progress and meet with the project managers. The project is set to run for another six months.
