We need to hire a marquee, chairs, tables, and dance floor for approx 130 people for our daughters wedding. The venue is a friends 'very large garden' near Lyndhurst. The wedding will be the day before.. so this is for a blessing in the garden, then into the marquee for food, and then the dance in the evening. We don't require a formal 'sit down' arrangement for the meals. My daughter prefers a less formal approach so we have our own caters and then tables so people can sit where they want... and then used in the evening for the dance. She likes 'cosy' rather than 'in your face'. We will need a dance floor with power etc for the band and DJ. I'm sure you can think of other things as this is the first and last time I'm going to need to do this!!!. Please call me with your suggestions and a quote. I will be pleased to hear from you.
