I am a 56 year old woman. Two years ago, I received fractures to my neck, back, sternum and wrist, after a fall downstairs. I am taking morphine for pain, but the pain is still constant. I had some Physio for a brief period, but nothing intensive.. I returned to work a year after the accident, however I'm struggling more each day. I feel my muscles are stiff and mobility isn't great.
