Closed Hazardous Materials Control & Removal

My father has died at his home but sadly his body lay undiscovered for several days. The police found him and his body was removed. Along with the extremely distressing news of how my father died, I am now trying to deal with the unbelievably traumatic task of disposing of the carpet his decomposed body was on. I have been quoted nearly £200 for the carpet to be removed and disposed of. I just can't afford this, on top of the funeral costs. I have already isolated the section of carpet, it's rolled, sealed and taped in several layers of plastic. I would be very grateful if could you tell me what my options are in this very upsetting situation.
