I am planning to update my Will.......I am a single male age 74 Divorced in 1972 with no ongoing responsibilities. I have no brothers or sisters. Both parents are deceased. I have one daughter not from my marriage that has been proven by a recent DNA test ( legal version ). She is to be the executor and sole beneficiary (except for a couple or personal items).
