Good Morning, I live in Australia and own a flat at Hunter Walk, Boreham Wood which has a 99 year lease from Sutton Homes. My sister now deceased purchased the flat back in the 80s. I understand it is possible to extend the lease? Are you aware of the procedure involved? Are you able to do this? Are you able to give me an estimate of the cost involved. After the transfer is complete I want to gift the flat to my daughter but I think we have to wait until the lease is extended.
