Please assist me with my skinproblemregarding the area around myeyes with very dark blackness which has been there for awhile.i thouht it will disappear within the passage of time as i was using moiturises like dermol and nivea cream. I since consulted the doctor and he prescibed HYDROMOL cream but to date no improvement.
