I am considering buying a cottage in Smallfield which will need Architectural Plans together with the possibility of some party wall work. I will need to remodel a staircase and carry out extensive space planning and remodelling. Following drawings I will project manage the build myself as I work as a contractors QS. Would anyone be able to recommend a suitable firm for providing the survey and working up drawings and indicate a budget cost for these services. Thanks.
