Hiya, The work I need done is as follows: Remove tiles around chimney stack and replace felt. Re-sit dislodged tiles to front of chimney stack. Re-align guttering to front elevation by fixing 3 new brackets. Shorten downpipe. Overhaul roof and clean out gutters. The house is a Victorian terraced.
