Require a 1 bed home for my 72 year old unmarried brother. He does drive but is increasingly less physically mobile and appears to be very forgetful. The house he is in currently in rent free was my deceased mothers and has to be sold to wind up her estate. He does have his pension but no savings although once the house is sold he will have a third share of the proceeds.
