Just buying a bungalow that needs renovation. My ideas include repositioning a number of walls, some of which may be structural. The existing conservatory will be made more permanent and given a lantern roof. The kitchen will be moved and new bathrooms created. The small upstairs space which is currently used for office and storage will be retained for that use and maybe the stairs repositioned. The garden will be landscaped and the front adapted for parking. Both front and back gardens will need retaining walls costructed.
