Having replaced roof on an existing extension in accordance with building regs stipulation, been informed need to go via building regs inspection for certificate. Unfortunately we did go through the process, we have had work carried out expertly. Need to have building regs certificate as soon as possible as selling house. Roof completed 20 months ago. Please advise on timescale and price please.
