Our car was being driven from local sports centre to croft road in cambuslang when my wife noticed that the car was slightly spluttering . When she the car moved awa y ok but she said that it was still splutteringtopped at a junction she took her foot off the accelatorand the engine cut out.Once restarted it moved away ok but was still spluttering. On trying the car myself I noticed the engine management light was on and when i took my foot off the acelatator the engine immediately stopped. I tried it a few times and each time i took my foot off the accelerator it just stopped. Iwould be grateful if you could advise me of what could be wrong. ......Mr Robert Burton
