My garden is based over 3 tiers, I am looking to make the lower tier a larger area by making the second tier smaller to become flower beds. It is an average sized garden in width. Once the lower tier is increased in size there will be a patio needed in this space. Also, the stairs would be moved and have to be cut through the 3 tiers at 1 side. A patio to one side on the top tier will be required and re turfing also. The shed is on the top tier at the moment and am looking to remove this and hopefully have a roof put along the side of the property (on the lower tier) with a door (gate) to become the storage area. It is a large job and am wondering what the cost which may be involved to do this..
